myPower ALL Recall

Tekkeon is voluntarily recalling certain Tekkeon-branded myPower ALL batteries and offering free replacements for these batteries.  Under rare conditions, it is possible for these batteries to overheat, which could pose a risk of fire.

If you purchased a Tekkeon myPower ALL battery (MP3450, MP3450i or MP3750) from any retailer from 9/25/09 - 5/31/10, it is critical that you register your battery with us immediately by emailing the information below to our Customer Support Team. You must stop using the battery until we have determined that it is not subject to the recall.

You will need the serial number for the myPower ALL battery. The serial number is the 12-digit number printed on the lower portion of the battery label, which can be found on the bottom of the battery.

Please email the following information to Tekkeon's Customer Support Team, with the subject "Recall Registration" at

  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Model Number of myPower ALL Battery (MP3450, MP3450i, MP3750)
  • Serial Number of myPower ALL Battery (12-digit number)
  • Purchased From (Retailer/Reseller)
  • Date of Purchase

After you have submitted this information to Tekkeon's Customer Support Team at
, we will respond within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) to let you know if your battery is one of the recalled devices. If your battery is part of the recall, a replacement myPower ALL battery will be sent to you immediately at the address provided.

Batteries subject to recall should not be used while awaiting a replacement battery from Tekkeon.
